Message I suspect the FPCU upgrades don't work that well, else I would see more people posting about it. Maybe the way the ECU runs the FPCU is not sufficient with these high flow pumps even if it electrically handle the load?..

I say this just because almost all the posts I search for E-85/high flow pumps just say to bypass, and a few years back DVDBurn was making upgraded units, but now he is not...so the stars just don't seem to be aligning for that option, but I agree that might allow the stock FPR. I would consider the cost and hassle of doing that myself is probably more than just switching over to an adjustable regulator...
